iMetal Assistant (“we”, “us”) helps you track actions and bookkeeping tasks. We are the data controller when you use the hosted service.
Primary storage is in the EU (MariaDB). Some processors operate outside the EEA (see below). We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards for transfers.
Each processor only acts on our instructions. Optional integrations (OpenAI) are off by default.

The service worker only caches essential assets and listens for push notifications when you explicitly enable notifications on the home page. No background tracking or analytics beacons run inside the worker.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the iMetal Assistant application (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
iMetal Assistant helps you organise your work, keep track of actions and related information, and provides features such as reminders, guided flows and AI-powered suggestions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activities, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed in accordance with that policy.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. Where reasonably possible, we will announce material changes in advance.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you within the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
