We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We use the following third-party processors. Each acts only on our instructions and under appropriate data processing agreements:
Optional integrations (OpenAI, email sync) are off by default and only activate when you explicitly enable them.
Your data is primarily stored and processed within the European Union.
When you use the AI assistant feature, data is sent to OpenAI servers in the United States. This transfer is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission, and OpenAI's data processing addendum.
We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA for any other purpose without appropriate safeguards.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (see Section 16).
The Service does not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you (Art. 22 GDPR).
The optional AI assistant provides suggestions based on your input. These suggestions are advisory only — all decisions require your explicit confirmation. You can disable the AI assistant at any time.
The Service is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete the data promptly.

iMetal Assistant is a web-based application that helps you track actions and tasks, organise business information, and manage records. Features include:

To use the Service, you must register for an account with a valid email address. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

The Service includes offline capabilities through service worker technology, allowing limited functionality when the server is unreachable. However, this does not constitute a guarantee of availability.
You may close your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting us at support@imetal.nl. Upon closure, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice, or immediately if:
