iMetal Assistant (“we”, “us”) helps you track actions and bookkeeping tasks. We are the data controller when you use the hosted service.
Primary storage is in the EU (MariaDB). Some processors operate outside the EEA (see below). We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards for transfers.
Each processor only acts on our instructions. Optional integrations (OpenAI) are off by default.

The service worker caches essential assets and listens for push notifications when you explicitly enable notifications. If you enable email sync on an account, the worker periodically polls for new emails in the background while the app is open. No background tracking or analytics beacons run inside the worker.

iMetal Assistant helps you organise your work, keep track of actions and related information, and provides features such as reminders, guided flows and AI-powered suggestions.

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activities, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. Where reasonably possible, we will announce material changes in advance.
